How long does it take to complete a task ?
A task usually gets completed in under 24 - 48 hrs, but if it takes a bit longer than usual, we will update you every 48hrs.
How are the tasks managed ?
We manage tasks via Trello. You receive your personal Trello design board and a project manager to help you with your tasks.

Approve your design

Receive your design & approve it or request more revisions to suit your design needs. Voila!
What if I don't like the design ?
Under the monthly plan - You can always request for more revisions. We create revisions until it meets your exceptions.
What if I still don't like the design even after many revisions ?
We make sure to get your designs right in under 3 revisions. If not, we assign the task to a more compatible designer.
