You can pause the subscription when the design task is completed. You can always resume at anytime for your next design task.

How many revisions do I get ?

On the Monthly Plan you will get unlimited revisions on your tasks. Our designers will work with you until your design is as per your needs.

How to request a design ?

With Slingshot, you can easily request design tasks using Trello. You can also add us to your slack, just like a team member.

What is covered in the 7 days trial ?

You can get any design task get done from Startup, Accelerator Plan & Webflow Development Plan in the trial period.

Will I get source file during trial period ?

Unfortunately, No. We do not provide source file to users who do not continue with our subscription plan. In case, you do not have any more design tasks and require the source file, shoot an email to us on 'support@slingshotdesign.co' for more details.

Do you give refunds if I did not like the service ?

We do not offer refunds. We put a lot of heart in every design and are unable to refund due to the creative nature of the work.
